Class of 2007: Top Transfers

Here are some of the top seniors who transferred high schools for their senior seasons. Lilburn Parkview in Georgia was the school that was most badly hit, having lost star RB Caleb King and QB Patrick Witt. Along with King, the most talented transfers are Marvin Austin, Rob Gronkowski, Jay Smith, G.J. Kinne, Ryan Pugh and Kevin Bryant.

G.J. Kinne QB 6'3 195 4.60 New School: Gilmer Texas Old School: Canton Texas It's another great year for QBs in Texas and Kinne is among the best. Putting behind a bizarre and near-tragic gunshot wound to his father/coach by a disgruntled fan last year, he came out and enjoyed an exceptional junior season. He led Canton to the state Class 3A title and was named Class 3A Offensive Player of the Year. He completed 228 of 391 passes for 3,410 yards, 35 TDs and 10 INTs. He also had 185 carries for 852 yards and 15 TDs rushing. He has transferred to Gilmer, another 3A school, for his senior year. He has nice size, a solid arm with excellent touch and excellent mobility. One scout had this to say about him: "There are a lot of talented quarterbacks in Texas this year. Mallett is far-and-away the prize, but Kinne emerged from the pack as a junior and proved that he was a winner who could also excel under the duress of what happened with his father. You can tell that he's a coach's son. His mechanics are sound and he's an excellent decsion-maker. He will be very good in college." 1-AP-3A-AS (QB-OFF PoY)); Top 120 JuniorsTexas (Summer 2005)

Gilbert Moye QB 6'2 200 4.50 New School: Diboll Texas Old School: Jasper Texas Moye is an athletic dual-threat QB who can beat you with his arm or his legs. He's a bit of a sleeper to some, as he sat out his junior season after transferring from Class 3A Jasper to Diboll. The local schools, however, know all about him. As a sophomore, he completed 71 of 148 passes for 986 yards and 6 TDs, throwing only 4 INTs. He also carried the ball 130 times for 881 yards and 19 TDs in helping his team reach the Class 3A title game. He needs to do a bettrer job of holding onto the ball. Top 120 JuniorsTexas (Summer 2005)

Patrick Witt QB 6'4 210 New School: Wylie Texas Old School: Lilburn Parview Georgia Witt was a bit off of the recruiting radar in early 2006 after transferring from Georgia state power Lilburn Parkview to Wylie. He has ideal size for a dropback QB and looked very good at the Baton Rouge Nike combine, showing off a powerful arm and excellent touch. He was a rare junior quarterback starter for Parkview, stepping in for his older brother Jeff (now at Harvard). He didn't have to throw the ball much at Parkview with the likes of Caleb King running the ball. Like his brother, he's an outstanding 4.0 student. Wisconsin was the first school to offer him. A real sleeper who is clinbing the charts.

Cannon Smith QB 6'1 185 4.80 New School: Olive Branch Mississippi Old School: Memphis Christian Brothers Tennessee Great name for a QB. Cannon transferred to Olive Branch from Memphis Christian Brothers in January 2006. Before breaking his hand about half-way through his junior season, he passed for about 1,000 yards, 9 TDs and just one INT. He repeated his freshman year in high school so in order to be eligible as a senior he had to play for a Mississippi school. 3.1 GPA. Some consider him to be the top QB prospect in Mississippi. He committed to Memphis in May. College: Memphis

Andrew Nowels QB 6'4 211 4.80 New School: Lakeland Florida Old School: Clearwater Central Catholic Florida As a junior, Nowels led his team to the state semifinals, passing for 1,962 yards and 16 TDs. As a sophomore, he passed for 1,937 yards and 18 TDs, completing 60% of his passes. He's a big and strong-armed QB, who can throw the deep ball, has good touch and good athleticism. He has earned All-County honors the past couple of years. 3.7 GPA. One of the better QBs in the state. He transferred from Clearwater Central Catholic to Lakeland for his senior year. HM-St. Petersburg Times-Pinellas County; 3Top 12 Juniors (Summer 2005)

Ike Iloegbu QB/ATH 6'1 185 4.50 New School: Spring Valley Ramapo New York Old School: West Islip St. John the Baptist New York

Caleb King RB/WR/DB 5'11 196 4.46 New School: Norcross Greater Atlanta Christian Georgia Old School: Lilburn Parkview Georgia King is probably the top prospect in Georgia and he has put up some outstanding numbers for Parkview, a very strong program over the years. As a junior, King carried the ball 346 times for an impressive 2,768 yards and 19 touchdowns. He has the speed (sub-4.5), strength (305 bench press, 465 squat, 285 power clean), vertical (36-inch), vision, balance, hands and athleticism to star at the next level. He could be the best back in the South. One scout had this to say about him: "He's an exceptional talent. Schools across the nation ill be knocking on his door to try and land him but it will be tough to pry him away from the south. He has pretty good size, fine speed and excellent stength but what sets him apart is his vision and cutting ability. I really think that he has the sort of potential to be starting on Sundays down the road." Could be the best RB in the nation. He transferred from Lilburn Parkview to GAC for his senior year. Top 60-JRs-GA (Winter 2006); Top 15-GA-JRs (Winter 2006); 1-GSWA-AAAAA-AS (RB); 1-Atlanta JC-AAAAA-AS; Top 7 GA Jrs (August 2005)

Jay Smith WR 6'2 187 4.47 New School: Norfolk Lake Taylor Virginia Old School: Virginia Beach Kempsville Virginia Smith really exploded onto the scene with a fine junior season (Second Team All-Beach District) and has looked exceptional during the 2006 combine rounds. As a junior, playing in a run-oriented offense he had 17 receptions for 307 yards and 6 TDs. He has good size, strength, leaping ability (36-inch vertical), speed and agility (4.59 shuttle). He also runs good routes and is a physical blocker. One of the top 12 prospects in the state. He transferred from Virginia Beach Kempsville to Lake Taylor for his senior season. 1-South Hampton Roads (May, 10, 2006- The Virginian-Pilot)

Jermaine McKenzie WR/DB 6'2 165 4.44 New School: Bradenton Academy Florida Old School: St. Petersburg Catholic Florida McKenzie plays for a school better known for producing tennis players than football prospects, as Bradenton Academy will be fielding its first team in 2006. Nevertheless, if you have talent the scouts will find you. McKenzie has excellent height and speed. A two-way star; he projects as a WR in college. His junior season, he played at St. Petersburg Catholic and had 33 receptions for 650 yards and 10 TDs. On defense, he tallied 41 tackles and 4 INTs. His twin brother, Tremaine, is also receiving looks. He has looked very, very good during the 2006 combine season. He committed to Alabama in May. College: Alabama

Xavier Dye WR 6'5 205 4.53 New School: Duncan Byrnes South Carolina Old School: Greenwood South Carolina Xavier is a tall and rangy WR who committed to Clemson back in November. As a junior, he had 37 receptions for 614 yards and 4 TDs. He has good speed for his size, running the relays in track. He needs to get stronger but should be an excellent possession receiver for the Tigers. He transferred from Greenwood to Duncan Byrnes for his senior year, where he will be hooking-up with fellow Clemson-verbal Will Korn. 3-WR-SCAR (Spring 2006); Top 20 SC JRS (Winter 2006); GoUpstate.com Top 15 4A Players to Watch in 06 (DEC 05); 6-SC-JRs (PS-TigerRag); South Carolina Top 22 Juniors (Summer 2005) College: Clemson

Chris Tuck WR 6'5 197 4.50 New School: Mineola Texas Old School: Dallas Hillcrest Texas A First Team District 10-4A selection as a junior after posting 27 receptions for 357 yards and 6 TDs. Has great size for a WR and also pretty good speed. He transferred from Dallas Hillcrest to Mineola for his senior year. He committed to Kansas in May. 1-District 10-4A (WR) College: Kansas

Brandon Clear WR/DB 6'4 206 4.56 New School: Hoover Alabama Old School: Williamsburg Jamestown Virginia Brandon and his twin brother, Byron, have really emerged as D-I prospects during the 2006 combine circuit. He was named to the All-Combine team at the U.S. Army Combine in San Antonio. A tall, rangy and talented possession receiver with solid speed (4.56), quickness (4.47 shuttle) and leaping ability (36-inch vertical). He transferred to Williamsburg Jamestown in Virginia from Louisiana for his junior year. Will be playing his senior season at powerful Hoover.

Brett Moncrief WR 6'3 180 4.49 New School: North Little Rock Arkansas Old School: Little Rock Hall Arkansas 7-ARK-JRs (ARK – February 2006)

T.J. Boyd WR/RB/DB 5'9 170 4.40 New School: La Marque Texas Old School: Dickinson Texas 95-JRS-TEX (December 2005-RB); Top 120 JuniorsTexas (RB; Summer 2005)

Rob Gronkowski TE 6'6 232 4.79 New School: Pittsburgh Woodland Hills Pennsylvania Old School: Williamsville North New York It's a strong year for TEs in the east and Gronkowski is among the very best. He made a name for himself during the 2005 combine circuit and followed that up with a fine junior season, posting 36 receptions for 648 yards and seven TDs. "At 6-5, he can take a ball 10-11 feet in the air, so we threw high to him in certain situations," said his coach Mike Mammoliti. A 30-inch vertical doesn't hurt. On defense, he had 50 tackles, five for losses, and recovered two fumbles. Also a fine student. One college coach said the following about him: "Gronkowski has great heiht and the frame to really fill out in college. He also runs well and has soft hands. We like him a lot.". A talented all-around tight end who can block and catch the ball. He transferred from Williamsville North High in New York to Pittsburgh Woodland Hills for his senior year. 2-NYSWA-AA-AS (OE); 1-Buffalo News-WNY (TE)

Rodrick Jefferson TE 6'6 215 New School: Batesville South Panola Mississippi Old School: North Delta Mississippi

Byron Clear TE/LB 6'5 205 4.57 New School: Hoover Alabama Old School: Williamsburg Jamestown Virginia

Ryan Pugh OL 6'3 275 5.20 New School: Hoover Alabama Old School: Hoover Spain Park Alabama Ryan is one of the top linemen in the South. He doesn't have great height, but he is exceptionally strong (375 bench, 550 squat), athletic (30-inch vertical) and intelligent (3.8 GPA). He also understands using leverage (in part because he's a standout wrestler), which all adds up to him being a great center prospect. He was very impressive at the Alabama North-South All-Star game in December. He transferred from Spain Park to Hoover for his senior year. Top 11 AL (February 27, 2006); 1-ASWA-6A-AS; 1-Montgomery Advertiser-6A-AS; Alabama North-South Junior All-Star Game

Kevin Bryant OL/DL 6'6 380 5.87 New School: Lauderdale Lakes Boyd Anderson Florida Old School: Hallandale Florida Bryant is a humungous two-way lineman with tremendous strength (39 bench reps) and unusual athleticism for his size. He has a nasty temperment on the field and plays with great instincts. He will need to watch his weight but could be special in college. He left Hallandale in the spring of his junior year and is expected to resuface as a senior at Boyd Anderson. 26-FLA-JRs (Winter 2006); 2-Miami Herald-Broward-6A-4A; 11-FLA-JRs (Fall 2005))

Alex Williams OL 6'7 300 5.30 New School: New Orleans O.P.Walker Louisiana Old School: French Settlement Louisiana Williams is a huge OT prospect with a great frame and loads of ability. He plays hard and with loads of enthusiasm. He's very aggressive for a player his size and enjoys run-blocking. He also is starring basketball at French Settlement, everaging 20 points and 12 rebounds a game. He did not play football as a junior and has had to move around a bit due to Hurricane Katrina. He attended French Settlement but reportedly is returning to O.P Walker for his senior year. He committed to Mississippi in February, a great get for Ole Miss. 10-LA (Winter 2006); 12-LA (Dandy Don-January 2005); 7-LA (September 2005) College: Mississippi

Matt Bahr OL/DL 6'4 261 5.45 New School: Mission Viejo California Old School: Rancho Santa Margarita California

Marvin Austin DL 6'3 299 4.83 New School: Washington Ballou D.C. Old School: Washington Coolidge D.C. Marvin's national coming out party was during the 2005 combine season, where he was dominant as a mere sophomore. He followed that up with a tremendous junior season, registering 86 tackles, 12 TFL and eight sacks. It's rare to find a 300-pounder who runs a sub-4.9 at a combine, and Marvin is that man. He also possesses tremendous strength, having done 30 reps in the 185-pound bench press at a combine his sophomore year. He plays low, uses leverage well and is very affective with his hands. He also has excellent lateral mobility for a wide-body. Just a tremendous national top 20 caliber prospect, at the very least. He leads a strong contingent of D.C. prospects this year. He transfered from Washington Coolidge to Ballou after his junior year, where hew will be joined by his coach at Coolidge and several teammates. Top 15 MD/DC/NVA (Winter 2006); 1-Washington Post-Metro; 1-PS-Dream Team

As a junior he recorded 40 tackles and 8 sacks. Great strength (40 bench reps at a 2006 combine). He's the top prospect in Oregon and among the better interior defensive linemen in the nation. He transferred from Portland Benson Tech to Portland Central Catholic for his senior year. He committed to Oregon in June. Portland Oregonian Top 88 Juniors (April 19, 2006); HM-Portland Oregonian-4A-AS (DL); 1-PIL (4A); PS-Top 10 4A DLs College: Oregon

Stephen Thomas DL 6'3 287 5.29 New School: Lancaster Texas Old School: Noirth Mesquite Texas Thomas trails only Andre Jones among the top DT prospects in the state of Texas. He transferred to Lancaster after his junior season from North Mesquite, where he was having some academic problems that kept him off the field for all but three games as a junior. He has nice (sub-5.0) speed and pretty good strength (315 bench) for a lineman. He plays low, gets off the ball quickly and uses leverage exceptionally well. Plays through the whistle. 16-JRS-TEX (Winter 2006); 5-JRS-TEX (December 2005); Top 120 Juniors Texas (Summer 2005)

Jarvis Givins DL/OL 6'4 295 4.90 New School: Miami Columbus Florida Old School: Miami Gulliver Prep Florida Givens is one of the premier linemen in Dade County, possessing excellent athleticism and quickness for a lineman. He is a ferocious pass rusher, posting 14 sacks as a junior. He has a great body and is very quick off the ball. One of Florida's best. Offers slow in coming as he needs to get his test score. He transferred from Gulliver Prep to Columbus for his senior year. 79-FLA-JRs (Winter 2006); 2-Miami Herald-Dade-3A-1A (DL)

Corey Yriarte DL/OL/LB 6'2 285 5.30 New School: Westlake Village Oaks Christian California Old School: Lancaster Paraclete California Yriarte is a strong and powerful (37 bench reps) DT and center prospect who is explosive off of the ball and plays with great leverage. He was very impressive at the 2005 UCLA camp. He is receiving interest from some of the top programs in the Pac-10. He played a s junior at Lancaster Paraclete but decided to transfer to talent-laden Oaks Christian for his senior year. Top 50-CA-JRs (Winter 2006)

Carlton "C.J." Peake DB/LB 6'2 216 4.46 New School: Dayton Trotwood-Madison Ohio Old School: Dayton Meadowdale Ohio Peake is one of many talented DBs in Ohio this year. He has the size, power (255 bench), toughness and nose for the ball to play LB and the speed and quickness to lay safety at the next level. As a junior, he had 109 tackles, 6 INTs and 9 pass break-ups playing for Dayton Meadowdale. He also rushed for 830 yards and 12 TDs. He transferred to Trotwood-Madison in January. Top 52 JRs Ohio (Add-On January 28); Top 7 Safeties-OH-JRS (December); 2-Southwest Ohio District-II

Derrius Bell DB 5'11 170 4.40 New School: Dallas Hillcrest Texas Old School: Arlington Grace Prep Texas Bell earned TAPPS All-State honors on both sides of the ball as a junior for the state champs, but projects as a CB in college. He transferred to Grace Prep just before his junior season after his former school, Dallas Wilmer Hutchins, shut down. As a sophomore, he had 43 tackles and 6 INT. As a junior, he had 42 receptions for 914 yards and 12 TDs and registered 33 tackles and 3 INTs. Needs to get stronger (200 bench). With his speed, nice hips and athleticsm he will make a nice college CB. He transferred from Arlington Grace Prep to Dallas Hillcrest for his senior year.

Victor Reynolds DB/RB 5'11 190 4.40 New School: South Grand Prairie Texas Old School: Oak Creek Wisconsin Reynolds was the second best back in Wisconsin, just behind superstar John Clay. A two-way all-conference performer as a junior, Reynolds is a track star (23-7 long jump, 48-11 triple jump, top sprinter) who runs with excellent speed (10.8 100-meters as a freshman), good balance, quickness (4.35 shuttle) and vision. Also has a 34-inch vertical. I like him as a DB due to his size and physical play. Transferred to powerful Oak Creek from Milwaukee Bradley Tech for his senior year but was declared ineligible to play as a senior due to recruiting violations on the part of Oak Creek. He transferred to South Grand Prairie for his senior year. Unsure if he will be eligible to play as a senior. Has some quality early offers. 4-WISC-JRs (Winter 2006) ; 2-Milwaukee Journal Sentinel-Area (DB)

Chaz Jones DB/RB 5'10 203 4.50 New School: Cleveland Glenville Ohio Old School: Cleveland Heights Ohio Top 5 CBs-OH-JRS (December); HM-Northeast Lakes District-I; 7-DB-Jrs-OH (August 2005)

A little off topic, Guys... I have a question. Today I saw this site:
Rivalspot.com - Wii tournaments for money
They say you can play online NCAA Basketball game tournaments on any console for cash... had anyone tried that before? Looks like a cool idea...
Are there any other sites where you can play sports games for real moneys? I Googled and found only Bringit.com and Worldgaming.com but it looks these guys don't specialize in sport gamez. Any suggestions?

Throughout the awesome design of things you actually receive an A just for hard work.

You know, people say, details make or break the argument.
. And it could not be

much more accurate here. Having said that, let me reveal to you

engaging which is possibly why

I am making the effort in order to comment. I do not make it a regular habit of
